Creative Chill 2026 Full amount Paypal

Hey Everyone 

Creative Chill 2026 will run from 2pm Friday 14th August through 2pm Sunday 16th August at the Sir Don Rowlands Centre, Lake Karapiro Domain.

The Event - Now run by 3Quarter designs

The weekend costs $350.00 and includes your seat overlooking beautiful Lake Karapiro. The room will be open from 2pm Friday thru 11pm, 8am thru 11pm Saturday and 8am thru 2pm on Sunday. A total of 30 hours crafting time!

The event is catered for from Friday Afternoon Tea through to Sunday Lunch (excluding Breakfasts). We cater for some dietary needs however, if you have a strict regime or a severe allergy, we cannot guarantee cross-contamination. You are welcome to bring special food that we can heat for you if necessary, but there is no microwave, but I believe there is one in the lodge.  Afternoon and Morning tea’s will just be biscuits and coffee and tea not full on spread as per the past. 

You will receive a Goodie Box with enough product to make at least 4 layouts or cards (sample layout projects will be on display for some inspiration too).
There are two free classes on the Saturday and the Sunday mornings, sponsored by 3Quarter Designs.  

Accommodation
Simple, BYO Linen, accommodation is available onsite in the Karapiro Domain. There are Chalets that sleep up to 4 people and have an in-room bathroom, these rooms cost $152 per night. Then the Lodge has twin share bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities for all rooms. Some rooms are in a separate building to the bathrooms (just across a deck to get there though!). The Lodge rooms are $78 per night. Rooms are allocated on a First In, First Served basis. We do not sell the rooms as Singles – the minimum is Twin Share – but you can pay for two people if there is enough space.  Lastly you can also park your campervan in the campground that's onsite too. Powered sites are $27 per night. There are also a lot of B&Bs in the area as well as a number of motels in Cambridge (10 mins away).
 
If this weekend sounds good to you? It’s time to confirm your space. 

Then pay either your non-refundable deposit of $50 or the whole amount to secure your space. Once the deposit amount has been paid (confirms your space) you can pay the balance however you choose? The balance of the money needs to be paid by 3rd July 2026.  

Please note all funds are transferred to a savings account for safe keeping and the money is not used until the event goes ahead.
