Specifically formulated to create a dimensional textured finish for all craft projects. It can easily be applied to any non-primed surface using a spatula, sponge, brush or brayer. Heat set to develop dimension and texture. Different textures can be created according to the depth and method of application. Once heat set, it can be over-painted using various mediums.
